Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at SAWS Customer Center, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, concerning the matter described below.
Consideration of a proposed adjustment to retail water and wastewater rates, including a drought surcharge schedule and a low-income affordability rider.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
