INVITATION TO BID / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
City of Jacksonville invites sealed bids for the work described below, to be received in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida.
Remove failed timber bulkhead and install steel sheet pile, concrete cap, and riprap along approximately 420 linear feet of the downtown riverwalk.
Engineer’s estimate / budget: $3,180,000.
Bids will be opened on September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ed Ball Building, 214 N. Hogan Street.
Bid documents are available from the awarding authority. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. A bid bond may be required. This advertisement is placed as a legal public notice.
