NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Louis L. Redding City/County Building, 800 N. French Street, concerning the matter described below.
Proposed amendment to the Riverfront overlay to allow a maximum height of 120 feet on designated parcels south of the Christina River, subject to a public-access easement.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
